1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ChainMoji ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
ChainMoji is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
- You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
- You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or tamper with game data.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within ChainMoji, including but not limited to game logic, graphics, UI design, and puzzle sequences, is the intellectual property of ChainMoji and its licensors. Emoji characters used are subject to their respective owners' licences.
4. Game Data & Progress
Your game progress, scores, and streak data are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of progress due to device failure, app uninstallation, or data reset. There is no cloud backup.
5. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChainMoji and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Age Requirements
ChainMoji is suitable for all ages. The App contains no violence, adult content, in-app purchases, or advertising. No age restriction applies, however users under 13 should have parental consent to use any mobile application.
8. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
